Refund policy

Because every 99 Plates book is custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns or restock completed books.

After placing your order, you will receive a recipe list showing the dishes we plan to include. You may cancel your order at any time before approving this list.

This means that if you are not happy with the recipes we have suggested, you do not have to proceed.

Once you have approved your recipe list, your order becomes final and cannot be cancelled, as you have confirmed that you are happy with the content of your book.

We do, however, guarantee that your custom cookbook will arrive free from manufacturing defects and quality issues. If your book arrives damaged, defective, or with a production error, we will replace it or issue a refund.
